Midnight Garlic Bread Pudding

When you can’t sleep because you ate too much takeout from your favorite pizzeria, make garlic knot bread pudding with those leftover garlic knots!

Serves one

1 large egg

Garlic bread pudding

Leftover garlic knots make for some awesome bread pudding.

¼ heavy cream

Salt to taste

Black pepper to taste

Freshly grated nutmeg to taste (I like A LOT)

3 or 4 leftover garlic knots

Cut garlic knots into bite-size cubes.

Beat egg, cream and seasonings until blended.

Coat garlic knots in the cream mixture.

Let rest for a few minutes to allow the bread to soak.

Put mixture into a small, greased oven-safe dish.

Bake at 350 degrees about 8 minutes, or until the top is golden and crisp.

Devour while watching Archer on Netflix.

Do you actually eat those garlic knots that get thrown in with your order? Do you make anything with them? Do you watch Archer?
